Is there a limit to the number of entries I can submit?

No – you can submit an unlimited amount of entries in multiple categories. We even offer discounts for multiple entries. Any organisation submitting 5 entries will receive 1 additional free entry.

How much does it cost?

All entries (made before 23:59 on 15 January 2021) will be charged an administration fee of £155 + VAT per entry which must be paid when submitting your entry or entries. Entries submitted after the deadline date of 15 January will be charged an increased late submission fee of £205 + VAT, with any late submissions accepted until 22 January 2021.

How does the judging work?

Judges will be split into panels and will read and pre-score all allocated entry forms, considering any supporting materials submitted. Judges pre-scores will be combined and the highest scoring entries will determine the shortlists. Judges will meet to discuss the highest scoring entries and then agree the winner for each category.

When is the entry deadline?

The deadline for entries is Friday 15 January 2021.

Is there a file upload limit?

All files must not exceed 2MB each. You can upload up to three supporting documents, along with your entry form.

Is there a word limit?

All entries must not exceed 1000 words. The word count does not include the company information at the start of the form or the questions already within the form.

How do I enter?

To submit an entry, please download the entry form, complete and upload (as a word or PDF document) when prompted via the online entry portal.
